A Hero's Welcome: Deanna Higgins Returns Home From Service In Marine Corp
Lance Corp. Deanna Higgins, USMC, arrived home at the Albany Airport on 3/15/09, after completing 5 years active duty, and 3 tours in Iraq. She was greeted there by family members as well as members of the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle club and the Patriot Guard Riders. These two clubs are staunch supporters of veterans rights, and conduct numerous fund raisers to support injured vets. Pictures to follow.
