Charles Carter became a grampy!! Melissa gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Audrey Dawn Richardson on May 2, 2007. She is now expecting another girl, due at the end of May this year. Audrey's Christmas picture is below.

| I enrolled in Graduate School at Loyola New Orleans in the fall of 2007, and have been very busy with lots of things. I was asked in 2008 to perform in the New Orleans Opera's education outreach program, MetroPelican Opera, as the Mother and Witch in Humperdinck's Hansel and Gretel, and I will perform as the Sorceress in Loyola University's production of Purcell's Dido and Aeneas in April. My graduate vocal recital is May 1 at Roussel Recital Hall at Loyola, and I will graduate with a Master's Degree in Music on May 9 at the Louisiana Superdome. |
