Sean Carter Earns Master's Degree
Sean Carter recently earned a Master's Degree in Primary Education from Russell Sage College. He has accepted a position as a third grade teacher at School 16 with the Troy City School District. He will be a full time, all year substitute, taking over for a teacher on leave.
